What’s the most difficult facelift I’ve ever performed? 

One case in particular stands out. The patient had surgery performed outside the country and came to me with significant asymmetry. During surgery, I found different suture techniques and anchor points on each side, making it seem as though the two sides had been treated very differently. Rebuilding symmetry required carefully undoing prior work and creating a balanced result.

These are the cases that demand experience, patience, and careful surgical planning. Every revision is a reminder that facelift surgery is as much about problem solving as it is about technique.
