What changed with Shakira?

The beautiful and talented Shakira recently made headlines after appearing at the World Cup opening ceremonies in Mexico looking a little different than fans remembered.

So what's changed?

The biggest thing that stands out to me is her jawline. Earlier photos show a softer, more tapered chin, while her current appearance has a noticeably squarer lower face. One possible explanation is volume added along the jawline or chin.

Fillers and fat grafting can create support and contour, but they can also alter someone's natural facial shape enough that people notice something feels different.
