Plan: • Temporal brow lift • Upper blepharoplasty to remove excess eyelid skin • Full face fat grafting to restore volume and soften the lower lids • Deep plane face and neck lift for structural lift and contour We’re holding off on laser for now due to rosacea and will address that later in recovery. One of the most important parts of today has nothing to do with the surgery itself. She quit smoking over three months ago to safely move forward, and that matters more than anything we do in the operating room. Healing, blood supply, and results all depend on it. Dr. Novis is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Patients travel from across the country for her signature CURRENT Lift technique.
