The best compliments after a facelift are often the ones that don’t mention surgery at all.

“You look so well rested.”
“You’re aging backwards.”
“I don’t see any scars.”
“You look beautiful.”
“You look refreshed.”

These are the kinds of comments patients share with us every day. The goal of a facelift is not to look different. It is to look like yourself again, just more rested, lifted, and confident.

When a facelift is done thoughtfully, with careful ligament release and natural repositioning of the deeper tissues, the result blends seamlessly into who you already are. Friends notice something positive, but they cannot quite put their finger on it.

That is always the goal.

Dr. Novis is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon based in North Myrtle Beach, SC, known for natural deep-plane facelift and neck lift results performed under local anesthesia with oral sedation.

Why patients choose Dr. Novis for their facelift and neck lift:
• No need for general anesthesia
• Oral sedation with local anesthesia
• A full deep-plane lift with lasting results
• No drain tubes
• Reduced bruising and faster recovery
