What a Patient Actually Feels During a Facelift Under Local Anesthesia
What does a deep plane facelift and neck lift under local anesthesia actually feel like? Most patients are surprised by how easy the experience is. With oral sedation, gentle numbing injections, and no IV or general anesthesia, you stay relaxed, comfortable, and unaware of the surgical details while feeling no pain. The result is a smoother, safer, and far more comfortable way to experience a full deep plane lift.

Dr. Novis is a double board-certified, female facial plastic surgeon based in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Known for her expert technique and thoughtful approach, patients travel from across the country to see her for facial rejuvenation.

Why patients choose Dr. Novis for their facelift and necklift:
- No need for general anesthesia - oral sedation with local anesthesia
- A full deep-plane lift with permanent results
- No drain tubes
- Reduced bruising and faster recovery
- Dr. Novis is a double board certified, female facial plastic surgeon and a facelift and necklift expert
