## Caption

Rhinoplasty result - this lovely patient came to me with concern about her nose “just being too big.” We discussed her concerns, and I performed a rhinoplasty to address some of the structural issues that were creating her mild dorsal hump and tip over-projection. So happy for her and loving her new “cute little nose.” #nosebynovis #Rhinoplasty #MyrtleBeach #MyrtleBeachPlasticSurgeon #Nosejobs #newnose #northmyrtlebeach
