## Caption

Rhinoplasty - 6 month results.   This lovely patient had both structural and functional issues with her nose.  The deviation on the outside was caused by a severely deviated septum on the inside, which also gave her nasal obstruction.  With these structural issues, a septoplasty alone would not have improved her breathing, as the outside of the nose would have remained deviated and blocked her airway.  It was an honor to be able to address her nasal issues inside and out and I am thrilled with her results! #nosebynovis
