## Caption

Rhinoplasty - 1 year results. This patient was bothered by the dorsal hump on her nose, as well as the crooked appearance from the front view. She additionally had difficulty breathing through her nose. This complex rhinoplasty required attention to both form and function, as her severely crooked septum was actually causing the crooked external appearance. Carefully formed grafts from the deviated septal cartilage were used to straighten and support her nose. She is thrilled with both her appearance and breathing at 1 year!
