## Caption

Rhinoplasty reveal - 2 months.  She was bothered by her bulbous tip and difficulty breathing through her nose.  This is a classic "parentheses tip" caused by inappropriate orientation of the lower lateral cartilages of the nose.  This is something that a person is born with, but the structural issues tend to worsen with age.  In her surgery, I used grafting material from her septum to support and strengthen the lower lateral cartilages as well as shape the tip and straighten the nose.
