The feast began with the Appetizer Trio🥣 — silky Hummus, smoky fire-kissed Mirza (eggplant so velvety it dissolves on your tongue), and tangy Yogurt & Shallot that’s bright, cool, and dangerously addictive. 

The Shiraz Bite arrived next — a perfect little hit of bold Persian flavor 🔥 — followed by the legendary Shiraz Wings🍗, pomegranate-marinated and grilled until glossy, with a spiced dip that demands you go back for more.

Fresh Shirazi Salad brought that classic crunch of cucumber, tomato and dried mint 🥗, while the Mediterranean Crunch Salad layered crisp romaine with yogurt dressing and Artigiano cheese into something deeply satisfying.

Then came the mains — and WOW. The 🌟 Lamb Shank — slow-braised until the bone is purely ceremonial, resting on dill-and-fava-bean saffron basmati. Pure poetry. 

The 🌟 Pom Torsh Chicken with Albaloo (sour cherry pistachio) rice is a revelation — tart, sweet, fragrant. The Steak, ordered pink, was fire-and-spice perfection 🥩, and the Salmon Special brought bright citrus and sea salt elegance 🐟.

Now — the wine program here is NO JOKE 🍷✨. With 175+ biodynamic and small-production labels and a  Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, this is one of NYC’s most serious and exciting wine bars.
