My Unforgettable Night at The Prince Kitano New York 🏨✨ theprincekitanonewyork

As a global foodie traveler, **The Prince Hotels** have become my absolute best friend around the world! 🌍 From Tokyo to New York, they never fail to deliver that perfect blend of tradition and innovation that speaks to my soul. Tonight at The Prince Kitano New York was no exception!

The **Dassai Blue x Hakubai** hakubainyc dassai_blue evening was pure magic! 🍶✨ Chef Yuta Ebihara’s 7-course summer menu paired with 5 premium Dassai dassaisake selections (including the legendary Blue Beyond!) was absolutely extraordinary. Meeting Chairman Hiroshi Sakurai and celebrating the official Dassai naming was such an honor! 🙌

But the real highlight? Reconnecting with old friends and making incredible new connections! 👥💕 There’s something special about sharing exceptional sake and cuisine that brings people together. The conversations flowed as beautifully as the Dassai itself!

Finally got to experience roofat66park Roof At 66 Park on the 18th floor! 🌃🍸 The Manhattan sunset views were breathtaking - definitely worth the wait! Sipping cocktails while watching the city lights come alive was the perfect ending to an already perfect evening.

From Pastry Chef mariko__1007 artistic desserts to the impeccable service that Prince Hotels is known for, every detail was flawless. My favorite pastry chef!!!❤️This is exactly why I keep coming back to The Prince family worldwide!
