🌟Michelin Magic in Herald Square Subway! 🚇

📍Noksu noksunyc
📍49 W 32nd St New York, NY 10001

Just experienced the most surreal fine dining adventure at Noksu - 🌟2024 Michelin star gem literally INSIDE the 32nd Street subway entrance! 🤯✨

Chef Dae Kim’s journey from Waldorf Astoria hotel to Michelin-starred chef is pure inspiration The 9-course seafood odyssey was absolutely transcendent:

🐟 Sardine with charred romaine caesar - umami perfection!
🔥 Hay-Smoked Trout with za’atar and sunchokes - smoky elegance
🦪 Surf Clam topped with caviar and hen-egg custard - pure luxury
🦑 Arrow Squid with pig’s blood ‘nduja - bold and brilliant
🍄 Monkfish Liver in artichoke curry - rich beyond words
🐟 Snowy Grouper with squid sauce - technique meets soul
The Broken Rice with Carolina gold and beech mushrooms was comfort elevated to art! 🍚✨
Even dessert blew minds - Macaron with shiitake mushroom and coconut?! Genius! 🥥🍄
