Happy Mickey Mouse Day and also Happy Birthday to Minnie Mouse! On November 18, 1928, Mickey and Minnie made their first public appearance on “Steamboat Willie” which is why today we celebrate their birthdays. They are 92 years old! Fun Fact: Mickey’s full name is Michael Theodore Mouse

It is said that three reasons to celebrate Mickey Mouse Day is because Mickey cheered up the world, this day is a celebration of imagination and because the world’s most famous mouse deserves his own day. These reasons really resonate with Givin’ Me Life which is why we had to celebrate!

Typical activities to do on Mickey Mouse Day is to put him on your wrist (because Mickey watches never go out of style), visit a Disney resort, and/or throw a Mickey Mouse party. Since visiting a Disney resort is not the best option during these times, I chose to try on the Mickey Mouse watch my grandmother gifted me with years ago and dress up. This was a great way to celebrate and now the only thing left to do is watch a little disneyplus 🤗

Hope this post was fun and informative. Now back to work I go, because just like Mickey, I gotta get this cheddar! 🧀😆 #cheesy #laughter #havesomefun #livealittle #givinmelife #mickeymouseday #mickeymouse #minniemouse #disney #iconic #magical #grocerystorephotoshoot #fabfun #bigkid #workhardplayhard #excitementplanner #experienceplanner #livingmybestlife
