apmaprojectarrow has been turning heads this year at various high-profile events, and we can see why! Let’s get you up to speed on how Ontario Tech experts helped move Project Arrow from the laboratory to the world stage. 🚗💨

Back in 2021, Canada’s Automotive Parts Manufacturers' Association (APMA) chose Ontario Tech as the lead academic institution to partner with for the build phase of this unique project because of our ot_feas engineering expertise, ot_acewindtunnel research facility and overall reputation as a hub of innovation. 

Dr. Ahmad Barari, Director of the Advanced Digital Design, Manufacturing, and Metrology (AD2M) Lab and academic lead on the project, integrated the contributions of university professors in various research areas, and worked with the ACE engineering team and some of our top students to turn this concept vehicle into a reality, and ultimately guide Arrow over the finish line.

Over the course of the build phase, more than 100 senior ot_feas students participated in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as part of their degree.
