## Caption

The #60 Simon Pagenaud has not been cleared to run this weekend’s indycar race in Toronto following a crash in an earlier race - which means IMSA’s Tom Blomqvist (tom_blomqvist) will be driving in an open wheel series for the first time in 9 years in Pagenauds place. 

While a bit afraid of ‘drowning,’ he has snagged a few wins in IMSA already this year, and was the fastest of 5 drivers to test in the meyershankracing IndyCar last year. Although it’s a new car on a new track with zero SIM time (never mind he hasn’t had the chance to speak with his engineers yet either)…. we have high hopes for the champ.
