This is probably the most common question in the fitness world. It seems to be most people’s main goal - weight loss or fat loss and it’s also the hardest thing to accomplish because there is TOO MUCH INFORMATION out there. It’s actually really very simple.

I always teach my clients how to track macros so they can eventually get a good visual for what they are eating. I teach them how to maintain it so it’s not a yo-yo effect. It’s just about learning your body and focusing on it more each day.

When it comes to workouts, a lot of people are just not pushing themselves hard enough. I see it all the time. You go through the motions and feel a little burn so you think you’re really working hard. If you want to change your body and build muscle, you have to really push yourself - it’s not easy! Although it seems like it is.

Lastly and most importantly, be consistent. Try not to change things to often and quickly before you’ve committed to it and see if it’s actually working for you. Give it time and then change things if you need!
