Why do I think milk is so freaking awesome?🥛🐮❤️
1. Milk is full of AT LEAST 8 grams of high quality protein
2. There are less added ingredients than nut juices, only vitamin A & D in white milk
3. Milk is full of 9 essential nutrients your body needs
4. You get more bang for your buck with milk, it’s cheaper than most alternatives
5. If you’re lactose intolerant, there are now so many lactose free options of milk out there!
6. I grew up in the dairy industry and love being able to support family, friends and farmers that work everyday to provide a safe and nutritious product to consumers

Milk has been called “nature’s most nearly perfect food” for a reason, and who doesn’t love all of the different products it is used to make? 🧀🍦🎂🍕
