the feeling when you are able to start viewing exercise as something to make your life better (and not just because you burn calories) instead of using it as punishment 🙌🏼🙌🏼 the feeling when you can finally sweat for enjoyment instead of pushing yourself past your limits to “burn off” the Christmas cookies. 🍪 those Christmas cookies keep me energized to ski down a mountain, to walk miles around the city — and I don’t regret them anymore ♥️ anyone struggling this holiday season, REMEMBER you do not have to punish yourself for enjoying life🎄🎅🏼🍷🍭
