🔶 How are you always so happy?? 🔶 I get this question A LOT. People want to know how I stay positive and smiling even when things are hard, or when nobody else around me is happy. The first thing I want to say is this =

1️⃣ I am not always happy. Similar to the way some might view me, there are people I follow and women I look up to who I believe are also always happy. I have to constantly remind myself when scrolling their pictures that EVERYONE has dealt with hardships, everyone has cried themselves to sleep, and everyone has experienced rejection.

2️⃣ “Happiness is not a place you arrive to, it’s a state you cultivate.” (Varun Soni) This means that YOU have to make the DECISION to constantly manifest happiness and joy around yourself. 🚨 READ THIS CAREFULLY: 🚨
-You will not become permanently happy once you get into your dream school.
-You will not become permanently happy once you get on your dream team.
-You will not become permanently happy once you get ✖️ amount of Instagram followers. 
These “achievements” will come and go, your emotions will fade, and there will undoubtably be new things to lust after.
