Complexity is inevitable. Whether you’re a world champion gymnast, a cybersecurity practitioner, an employee at a tech startup, or anyone in between — everyone has challenges they’re working through. You can either let complexity break you — or let it build you.

I’m proud to partner with AxoniusLife on their latest film, Controlling Complexity: Growth. In this video, I was joined by three strangers from different walks of life to write letters to our younger selves, exploring the concepts of complexity and growth. In my letter, I reflected on my decision to go pro in gymnastics instead of doing college gymnastics. It was a hard choice at the time, but it taught me important lessons about trusting myself.
