If you’re able to only eat 1 slice of this buttery homemade cornbread, I am in awe of your willpower 😂 🌽

This skillet cornbread is so easy and so delicious! With a perfect buttery texture, no one would guess it’s dairy free, eggless and vegan! This cornbread is SO good with a smear of vegan butter and a drizzle of agave on top- or pair it with soup or chili.

We polished off the entire skillet in 1 day, so so good! 

Dishes tip- melt the butter in the same measuring cup as the oat milk and mix everything up in 1 bowl!
