Do not spend your whole life worrying about what people think. That is just limiting yourself from your full potential. 

When I first started out at the gym I had NO clue what I was doing. No guidance from anyone just me, myself, and my 30min youtube videos. I would always be so nervous walking into the gym but I faked it till I made it. I KNEW I had to go in there and pretend like I knew what I was doing so that one day I would know what it feels like to not have to fake it. 

We’re programmed from a young age to care what others think. Let’s start caring about what we think about ourselves not others🫶🏻
