## Caption

Toasting to Thursday with roasted red peppers, and ricotta on ciabatta bread. Some days that’s all I crave. So simple yet delicious. To my peppers I added only garlic, pinch of salt, olive oil and fresh parsley. Great way to prep and keep them on the fridge for busy week or entertaining a crowd with bruschetta. Almost Friday!😍
