Last day to wring out any kid of fitness. 

8x1k — 4x200 — and added a 1600 flush. The same session I always do 10ish days out from a big race. 

First 4 on the roads, second 4 on the track — 2:57 down to 2:44, which is maybe my fastest K in Boulder— I’ll take that all day!
