Do you feel energized and excited to work out? Maybe it's easier to make reasons not to, or maybe you show up but your heart's just not in it. 

Claudia, our July #IAM, found her fit. She found a place that checks her boxes, a place where she focuses on doing what she wants to do. A place where she's happy to show up. 

But it took some trial and error to get here. 

Before, she was at a boot-camp-style facility. She wasn't satisfied, and started looking for a gym with positive vibes that cared about her safety and well-being. She found it at Behemoth. 

"At Behemoth, I've learned to trust my body more and incorporate healthier movements throughout the day. I've also become much stronger and really enjoy lifting. And, I no longer hate running (as much)."

Claudia found her fit. She found a place that keeps her coming back every week. A place that allows her body to enjoy the process and allows her mind to rest at ease because she knows she's being thoughtfully taken care of.
