The best part is it is quick & jam-packed with fresh flavor. Featuring marzetti Simply Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing & Marinade this salad is a scrumptious summer staple! #trymarzettisimply

The all new Marzetti Simply Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing & Marinade is the star of this salad because we used it as both the chicken marinade, & the salad dressing. I love that it contains vibrant notes of lemon which shines through the flavor followed by notes of garlic, pepper, EVOO, & a tang of vinegar. Each serving is ONLY 50 calories and contains 1 gram of sugar!

The tender, flavorful grilled chicken & the fresh, juicy fruits, salty feta, & tender green leaf lettuce leaves made this salad irresistible! In fact, we cannot wait to try different variations with all the flavors of Marzetti Simply line of dressing & marinade.

Want to recreate this Grilled Berry Lemon Chicken

Salad here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients:
.
½ lb. chicken breast
Marzetti Simply Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing & Marinade
½ cup feta cheese
6 cups of green leaf lettuce
¾ cup mandarin oranges
½ cup blueberries
1 cup sliced strawberries
¼ cup sliced red onion 
¾ cup candied walnuts 
Directions:
Marinate chicken in ½ cup of Marzetti Simply Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing & Marinade overnight or for at least one hour. 
Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side or until clear juices run freely & internal temperature reaches 165˚F.
Once cooled, slice chicken. In a large bowl, add lettuce, onions, mandarins, strawberries, blueberries, feta, & candied walnuts. 
Drizzle about ¼ cup of Marzetti Simply Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing & Marinade & toss to coat.
