side note:  this was my favorite event of the weekend. It was really cool talking with a few of the 79-80-90 year olds also, about what their secret was to their athleticism.  They said:  family, keep moving ( running, basketball, weights) , eat well.  Only one guy told me that he eats whatever  he wants ( he works out 6 days a week). #listentoyourelders
