In perhaps the most inspiring performance of the entire meet, Walla Walla native and @byutrackfieldxc NCAA champ @kenneth_rooks makes his charge off the final water jump en route to winning the @toyota @usatf championship in the 3000 meter steeplechase.

All this after the graduate of @wiaawa Class A College Place HS (@cphshawks_xc) took a spill over a barrier early in the race, finding himself four seconds behind the leaders after two laps of the race.
