A historic weekend in Elkhart Lake.

Finishing fourth (sagekaramofficial) and seventh (kazgrala), Sam Hunt Racing completed the best weekend in the company’s history. 

For the first time ever, we qualified both cars into the Top-10 and completed every lap of the 49-lap race with both cars in the Top-10.

The #RoadAmerica180 marks the first time that our team had finished with one car in the Top-5 and both cars in the Top-10.

sagekaramofficial gathered his highest qualifying and finishing result in his 20-race career in the xfinityracing series. He gained the lead on the final restart and had driven away just before hitting the speedy-dry, relegating the 24 team to a 4th-place finish. 

Weekends like this prove the hard work and dedication of our small, independent team and show how much we’ve grown in our short time in the series.
