We don’t agree on everything but my eatsomos co-founder miguel_somos and I agree on this.

If you have the chance to launch an A product in a B category or a B product in an A category, launching the the A product is always the better the move.

And as painful as it can be, if a product isn’t an A, even if it’s a B, you should consider not launching it altogether.
