Quick Hits Training Camp Day 7:
▪️Another day with pads.  Also refs at practice today.
▪️Bieniemy is loud and direct. Wants players to finish plays, also pushing urgency.  Getting in and out of the huddle quickly and rotating players is a priority for him
▪️Forbes used to blitz today.  Putting his speed to use other than in coverage
▪️All three QBs were up and down today. Not unusual considering the defense & offense only see each other every day
▪️Saahdiq Charles out today dealing with a calf injury. Chris Paul took all the LG starter reps. IMO he should be getting all the first team reps this Summer.  Charles has proven to be unreliable with his availability 
▪️Defense is looking good and they know it. Lots of chirping, energy and celebrating good plays
▪️Christian Holmes and Reeves stood out today
▪️Chris Rodrigues stood out today, breaking a few runs.  Only RB to be able to get consistent gains on this defense
▪️Derrick Gore has already worked his way into the rotations. Powered thru contact on redzone drills
▪️Curtis Samuel has been active throughout camp and today was no different. Made some nice plays in 7v7 
▪️Cody Barton continues to impress
▪️Fuller was off today. Possible a vet day
▪️Things got heated between Barton and Nick Gates. Punches thrown, quickly broken up
▪️Kay Adams was at practice today and interviewed multiple players
▪️New fan favorite Josh Harris attended and mixed it up with the fans
▪️Bieniemy broke out the tennis ball machine today. “Hand eye coordination” he said, “wait til we put dots on them and they have to call out the colors”
▪️Antonio Gibson, Kaz Allen, Byron Pringle, Dax Milne practiced at returns
