5 things to know for your Grand Teton adventure ⬇️
•. 
This was one of our longest adventure days, and hikes! Hope these tips help when you visit this gorgeous park—SAVE for future trips 👍. 
•
1️⃣ SUNRISE - Catching sunrise at ‘Schwabacher Landing’ is bucket list worthy! 
•
💡Best part—it’s FREE to experience as it’s outside the park, AND the viewpoint’s just next to the car park; however, it may be a long drive! We camped relatively close and still had a 50 min drive—be sure to plan ahead! ⏰ 
•
2️⃣ HIKING - many of Grand Teton’s most epic hikes are located at Jenny Lake. Easiest way to access the trails is by taking a short boat ride across Jenny Lake. 🚤 But…. The boat can be pricey. 
•
💡TIP - If you score the 1st boat ride of the day (at 7am!) you get half off— $10 vs $20 💰. 
•
3️⃣WATERFALLS- One of the most beautiful falls in the park is located at Jenny Lake, only .5 miles from where the boat drops you off. Don’t miss ‘Hidden Falls’. 
•
💡TIP - want to skip the $20 boat fee? Walk 2.5 mile around the lake! 💦 (fairly flat 🥾)
•
 4️⃣ LAKE SOLITUDE - This hike is stunning and challenging! IF you want to reach the lake Micro spikes may be super helpful. In late June, microspikes and hiking poles were a huge help in the slushy snow and ice!
•
💡Check alltrails to read reviews on current conditions. 
•
5️⃣ Did someone say PIZZA?! 🍕There’s an AMAZING (homemade) pizza spot just north of Jenny Lake, at Jackson lake. 
•
💡Find ‘Leek’s Pizza’ 🤤. Sit outside and enjoy the crazy mountain view. After a 17 mile hike and an epic day of adventure, it was heaven! 
•
REMINDER to always travel safely— bring plenty of water, Bear spray, and always ALWAYS leave no trace. Let’s leave this park pristine 🙏 •
