I want you all to know how much it hurts to post this 😔❤️‍🩹

I have been fortunate enough to work along Grand Valley Athletics for the past 5 years. I’ve been able to showcase my creativeness and talent while featuring our athletes constantly making history. I’ve learned sooo much over the years and have been fortunate enough to work with some amazing people that helped me be the photographer and person I am today. And with that, I know what I deserve and the value I have. 

Grand Valley Athletics has decided not to devote as much of their energy/money into athletic photography and lacks to see the worth it has for the university. 
So with that, I will be forced to take a step back. I may be around throughout the year if possible, but I am not sure in what form that may look like just yet. 

I’ve dedicated so much of my life these past 5 years to being there for EVERY moment I could for you athletes, and I hope you know it’s killing me that I won’t be able to continue to be there for you all. It was a dagger in my soul not to have been at football’s first practice today. I’ve stayed at this school since graduating because of the environment and YOU ATHLETES. 🫶 People can say what they want about GV, but they can’t deny the passion, dedication, and overall great human beings each one of you are. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journeys. You know I’ll always be cheering for your victories, just maybe not from the sidelines now. 🥹

I will now be more available as a freelancer so please feel free to reach out and I’d still love to help capture more special moments for you.
