My first time cooking inside a real restaurant kitchen with acooknamedmatt !! We made kimchi jeon or kimchi pancakes, which is about as easy as it gets. Take a couple cups of kimchi, some scallions, a quarter cup of flour, some onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper, kimchi juice, and a little water (until you achieve a thick batter), and pour it into a nonstick pan with a little oil. Delish! #jeon #kimchi #kimchipancakes #koreanfood
