## Caption

The #TuckNext50 Initiative hopes to be a model among business schools in helping to build more diverse, equitable, and inclusive case work and course materials in MBA classrooms.
 
“Tuck has the opportunity to be a leader in identifying and teaching a set of cases that more closely reflect the changing world that my classmates and I will encounter when we graduate. 

“Next50 has set an ambitious goal for Tuck: by 2025, 50% of cases in Tuck’s curriculum include gender, racial, and/or international diversity," says co-chair Lindsay Cox T’22.
