👉🏽 The $1M to $2M increased the most
significantly year-over-year 

👉🏽 Four of the twelve South Fork submarkets exhibited increased activity year-over-year.

👉🏽 West Hampton Beach had the largest increase, a difference of two deals.

👉🏽 Reported three bedroom sales increased 50% year-over-year.
