the crispiest buttermilk vegan chicken & waffles 🧇 served with arugula, maple syrup and sweet chili sauce (trust me don’t skip this!) 

The vegan chicken is crispy, chewy and packed with protein (thanks to vital wheat gluten) and the waffles are fluffy and light…a perfect combination. 

This recipe is an oldie but a goodie that I recently rephotographed and it’s been the # 1 vegan chicken & waffle recipe on google for the past few years!
