🌟 TEAM MEMBER MONDAY 🌟 ⁠

 This week, we're highlighting one of our stellar shift leads at our Portsmouth location: Ben!⁠
⁠
 Ben applied to work for Cheese Louise immediately upon seeing the application on Indeed because he was already familiar with us: he had had a great grilled cheese (and picked up on our great vibes) during our time at the Snowport in Boston! He got a call an hour later from Bryce telling him to come in for an interview the following day, and Ben was sure he made it to the interview... even though the shop closed down for the day due to a massive snowstorm ❄️⁠
 Ben's favorite sandwich is the Baconator with Nashville sauce , and one thing he likes to do at work is... dishes?! (we love this 🙌) As for people he likes to work with, Ben said our General Manager Courtney - the two of them opened up shop basically every day for 4 straight months! Ben says they became close during that period, and that they work really well together #workbestfriends⁠
 In regards to his favorite part about Cheese Louise, Ben likes how management, and everyone within the company, treat each other with equal respect #yas Ben was given that respect when he asked Gianna back in March if he could be considered for a shift lead position, and he's excelled in his leadership role this summer! ☀️⁠
 Ben is the youngest shift lead, and the second youngest employee, on the Portsmouth Team, but his leadership skills, maturity, and the way he handles responsibility are beyond his age. Especially during these busy summer months, we are so thankful to have such a rock-solid leader with gentle kindness help us run our company ❤️⁠

Fun Fact: Ben used to have 10 free-range chickens! 🐔
