I am currently weighing 220lbs🦍, my body fat is 7% because of my superior genetics🧬🇮🇹🐎 and work ethic, and I am still eating 4,000 calories😋per day💪
I have also managed to keep my cardio up this past week by running, wrestling and doing bjj, but this is a day of active recovery.
