Monday’s episode of Below Deck Down Under was shocking and trigging for many. A cast member named Luke refused to leave a very drunk co-worker, Margot, alone. At one point, the producers had to intervene, banging on the door to get him out of Margot’s room. When the door finally opens, there was Luke, naked, laying next to an unconscious Margot. He was immediately taken off the boat and fired the next day. 

⚓️This episode was incredibly important and honestly these scenes should be part of every single sex ed and consent program in schools. Not only did it show scenes of predatory behavior and sexual assault, it also showed how the cast was 100% there to provide love and support to Margot. Bravo to Aesha, Captain Jason, and the rest of the cast and crew.  Except for one other cast member, Laura. Who not only was sexually harassing her colleague Adam, but also made disgusting statements to Margot about Luke and the assault. It really articulates within minutes how to support vs how to hurt a survivor.
