Daily habits form a lifestyle. This is your ticket to both progress and achievement. 

Kurt, our August #IAM, knows about consistency. 

However, there was a time in his life where he allowed daily habits to slip. Why? The motivation and joy fueling those habits disappeared. 

He knew he needed the consistency of daily habits. But he also needed motivation. His old lifestyle once fueled him, but different seasons of life bring different needs. And he had entered a new season. 

It took him a while to find the support and motivation he needed for a new phase of life. But he found it, and now implements a simple, consistent strategy for success.

✅ Kurt shows up on his time, for his schedule, at his gym. He's not there for a long time, but he is there for a motivated time. This supports his desires to form habits for longevity and health. 

✅ He actively seeks and implements the knowledge and direction from his coaches.

✅ Kurt recognizes the value of surrounding himself with a supportive community.

✅ He applies the principles from the gym to his daily life which creates a habit-forming domino-effect.

That's it. That is consistency. That is success. 

Kurt says this about Behemoth: "I appreciate the individual attention that I have received getting back into the gym. This has really helped me to continue to pursue my goals. I'm down over 50 lbs and have drastically lowered my blood glucose! This has made a huge impact and helped me improve my consistency drastically! It truly is a very unique gym and it's awesome!"
