## Caption

Just like justines.table, turn your favourite coffee into a fresh and tasty Espresso Tonic.

Here’s what you will need:
•	3 Juniper berries
•	Fresh non-treated Bio lemon
•	Fresh non-treated Bio orange
•	Fresh Rosemary branch
•	Ice Cubes
•	180ml of Tonic Water
•	VL Diavolito 40 ml
•	Vertuo next 
•	Shaker 
•	Cold Reveal Glass 
•	Muddler
•	Lemon Squeezer

Here’s how to do it:
1.	In a shaker, extract 40ml of Diavolito Espresso.
2.	In Cold reveal Glass, put 3 or 4 Juniper berries and muddle it.
3.	Fill up the glass with Ice cubes and add a slice of lemon and a fresh Rosemary branch.
4.	Pour 180ml of Tonic Water.
5.	Squeeze half a lemon with a Squeezer and pour it into the glass.
6.	Add 3 ice cubes into the shaker, close the lid and shake it vigorously for 10s.
7.	Open the lid and pour it gently over the drink.
8.	Add a fresh orange peel on top & enjoy
