Police in Southern California are searching for the flash mob of smash and grab thieves who ransacked a Nordstrom and ran off with $100,000 worth of designer goods. Rachel Fiset, a managing partner at Zweiback, Fiset and Zalduendo LLP, said once a "smash" mob starts, it's really hard to stop it, saying the store security guard can only do so much.
