Shoulder Flexibility, Mobility and most importantly Strength💪 (especially at the End Ranges of Motion) are important to make sure your shoulders are healthy and happy 😊
Remember, the shoulder (glenohumeral joint) is the most mobile joint in the body; and in order to stay protected from shoulder injuries, especially in sports like wrestling🤼‍♂️ and mma🥊, we must strengthen all full ranges of motions❗️
Now, what I’m not saying to max bench press through a full range of motion as that will damage your shoulders overtime ⚠️ 
What I am saying is to…
✅test your end ranges of motions strength as you see I do in this video (of course after properly warming up and not pushing through sharp pain).
