She’s a trail runner now 😏
I took a few weeks off of running after my last injury (the hip pain that forced me to drop out of USAs) and when I got back on my feet things still felt… off.
So instead of doing my normal routes from home where I know every mile marker, I decided to get

out on the routine

and

out of my head

Can you believe this trail is a 10 min drive from Santa Monica??? 🤯
