ICYMI - A big climate win in US -  Young people in Montana just won a landmark case that could set the precedent for future lawsuits related to climate change. 🌎🤩 ⁣

Montana has 5,000 gas wells, 4,000 oil wells, four oil refineries and six coal mines🏭🤢. As part of the proceedings, the court calculated the state’s emissions and determined Montana produces as much CO2 as the entire country of Argentina! Judge Kathy Seeley, wrote the state is a “major emitter of greenhouse gas emissions in the world, in absolute terms, in per person terms, and historically,” She further stated that Montanans “have a fundamental constitutional right to a clean and healthful environment, which includes climate as part of the environmental life-support system.” We 👏 couldn't 👏 agree 👏 more 👏 ! Every one has a right to a healthy, sustainable, and clean environment. Let's work together to build the green future we all deserve.
