Starting going to the gym without any sort of support or guidance more often not leads to people quitting within the first few months. 

Why? 

Because they don’t actually know what they’re doing. 

They don’t get the results that they want. 

They quickly lose motivation and then give up. 

Don’t be foolish and think you can wing it. 

Get support from the get-go.
