Imagine seeing a 5.25-inch hailstone fall 😳😲

Storm chaser Dan Fitts captured it on August 8 in Yuma County, Colorado, located in the eastern part of the state. And it's likely going to be the largest in state history, the NWS says. 

If confirmed by the Colorado State University Climate Center Committee, it will beat the previous record set in August 2019 by half an inch.
