Minis In the Mountains: “Little Jumps, Big Impact” 

Who remembers that feeling after doing their first ski jump 🙋 “I want to do that jump again,” said 6 yr old Elliot after spending a whole day at sunvalley ’s Dollar Mountain terrain park - the perfect area for new skiers learning to perfect their skills.

Mom, katyrobinbird , recalls from this day: “He is the kind of kid who eases in. Who builds confidence slowly with each jump when he feels safe in his surroundings. It was an important reminder for me as a parent to see how much my kids will explore how capable they are when I create opportunities where they feel supported… in this case, finding tiny jumps, easy chair lifts they can ride by themselves, a sunny day, and lots of giggles, and I got to watch amazing things happen.”
