We recently received a vitalchoice Wild Salmon Sampler & boy, was it delicious! This shipment contained Wild Pacific King Salmon, MSC Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon, and MSC wild silver (coho) salmon. It also contained a pouch of their signature organic salmon seasoning which seasoned our Salmon Foil packs perfectly.

Our salmon foil packs contained garden-fresh peppers, onions, and asparagus swizzled with extra virgin olive oil and a generous coating of organic salmon seasoning. They took 15 minutes, on the grill (sealed) over high heat. Then, we opened the pouches and allowed them to cook for an additional 5 minutes to provide some extra color, and crisp.

Overall, this was the BEST salmon meal I've ever had. I am not even much of a salmon fan, but Vital Choice Wild Salmon was just so delicious and not overly fishy tasting.
